特殊的巧克力熱飲
1oz. gourmet milk chocolate, grated
1oz. gourmet dark chocolate, grated
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1盎司 牛奶巧克力碎片
- 1盎司 純黑巧克粒碎片
- 1/4 茶匙 香草精
- 3/4 杯 鮮奶
- 1/4 杯 奶油
Optional toppings:
Whipped cream
Cinnamon
Cocoa powder

- 肉桂
- 可可粉
In small saucepan, combine milk chocolate, dark chocolate, vanilla extract, and milk. Cook over low heat (do not boil) and stir gently until milk warms and chocolate melts completely. Add heavy cream and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until warm. Pour into mug. Top with your choice of whipped cream, cinnamon, and/or cocoa powder.
將牛奶巧克力碎片、純黑巧克力碎片、香草精、以及鮮奶倒入小鍋子,用小火煮(不要煮沸),並輕輕攪拌,直到巧克力完全融入牛奶裡。(煮好後倒在馬克杯中)再將奶油加溫1~2分鐘,完全融化後也加入馬克杯裡。最後再放上鮮奶油、肉桂及可可粉。
